Cambridge Review of International Affairs
30+ Editorial staff led · 10,000+ Global circulation · 4 Annual issues · 100s of peer-reviewed submissions
Gabrielle led one of the UK’s most respected international relations journals The Cambridge Review of International Affairs, published by Taylor & Francis (Routledge) with a readership of 10,000+. As Editor-in-Chief, she directed a team of more than 30 editors, restructured the production process across four annual issues, and oversaw the double-blind peer review of hundreds of international submissions. Gabrielle worked with CRIA’s academic board from the world’s leading universities, curated special-themed issues, hosted public events and conferences, and led fundraising and outreach. As Managing Editor the year prior, she selected reviewers, edited submissions, made publishing recommendations, and supported the journal’s social media presence.

$M+ Grants authored · 7 Semesters teaching · #1 Teaching ratings every term · Research submitted to Nobel Peace Summit
Gabrielle held two roles at USC’s Department of Theatre and Dance: running the operational backbone of the department while teaching its students. As Department Manager, she led executive communications, authored million-dollar grants, managed department accreditation, contributed to curriculum development, and built the internal systems that kept faculty, staff, and the MFA and BA programs aligned. She was invited to speak on three continents for her grant research on classical theatre teaching methods. Her research on the connection between live performance and empathy was submitted to the Nobel Peace Summit, which led to her participation as a 2x invited delegate and member of the Leading By Example program.
As Adjunct Instructor, Gabrielle taught performance and communications across seven semesters—earning top student ratings every term—and led the department in advancing its digital performance curriculum through a competitive grant to design and deliver online performing arts curriculum and by completing special certifications in digital teaching methods.
